CSA Participates in Clean Up Australia Day

On Wednesday 21st March 2012 CSA Mine participated in the annual Clean Up Australia Day. The day was made possible by Tania Hardie who organised the event plus the 17 enthusiastic volunteers who threw their energy into the clean up. The team managed to clean up the entire length of the CSA Mine access road collecting 13.5 bags of recyclables and 8.5 bags of general waste!!

New Flights Available on Cobar/Sydney Route

With passenger numbers steadily growing, Brindabella has opened extra afternoon flights on the Cobar/Sydney route. The service now runs morning and afternoon flights every week day.

The route started in September 2010 which was welcomed and supported by the local mines (including CSA Mine), Cobar Shire Council and local travellers.

Shaft Extension Project

The aim of the Shaft Extension Project is to entend out existing shaft down an extra 500 meters to the bottom of the mine; this will ultimately extend the life of the Mine. The Extension will also improve ventilation to the vital parts of the mine and will create a better and safer working environment for our people.
